Due to the cards being personalised, we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem was a fault of our own.
If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by refund or a replacement card.
The card must be returned to us in the condition it was sent to you, within 7 days of receipt.
Postage will only be refunded if the error is down to ourselves.
We cannot be held responsible if we have been given incorrect details or misspelt names. All relevant details are from the messages sent from you the buyer so please check the details carefully before sending to us.
Please also check the proof carefully, if sent one.
